Webmail2.cazarin.com Relocation in Progress

  • 10:50PM COMPLETE all services restored. Email messages have been tested flowing in and out of the server.

  • 10:20PM UPDATE the relocation is process is complete, services are being restored to normal process.

  • 10:00PM Update relocation is in process.

Email Server Relocation Scheduled for Tuesday, August 7, 2018 after 10:00 PM (CDT)

We are moving the email server referred to as webmail2.cazarin.com in preparation for a huge and mandatory upgrade next week.

The email servers have been replicating between Dallas and Minneapolis for more than two months. All data has been and will continue to be synchronized until the cut-over at 10pm tomorrow night.

During the cut over you may notice a brief impact on sending emails for a very limited time. Incoming email will not be impacted but will be delayed during the outage. We expect the outage to last much less than 60 minutes. To reduce the impact to our users we have scheduled the process from 10 to 11 PM, Minnesota time.

This move is necessary to prepare for new security standards and compliance requirements that affect all users. In a week we will migrate to the new platform which will give you the newest platform that functions extremely well with all email clients and platforms. The new platform also supports all security standards and requirements.

Every effort is being made to minimize the interruption to services. Cazarin Interactive will be monitoring throughout the upgrade and we will post an update on https://helpdesk.cazarin.com once the upgrade is complete and all systems are stable.
