Mandatory Maintenance - October 24 - 26, 2016

The activity planned for September has been rescheduled for the nights of October 24th - 26th.

As part of ongoing efforts to provide an optimal hosting environment our data facility will be replacing feeding breakers and performing preventative maintenance on facility power distribution units (PDUs).

The Maintenance Windows are:

• Monday, October 24, 2016 from 6 PM to 6 AM (CDT)

• Tuesday, October 25, 2016 from 6 PM to 6 AM (CDT)

• Wednesday, October 26, 2016 from 6 PM to 6 AM (CDT)

During this activity our hosted clients may experience down time up to one hour over the course of the three days.

Our hosting partner, Point North, is doing everything possible to avoid any downtime; and worst case to keep downtime to an absolute mininum. There will be a dedicated technician on site during the activity. However, we want to make you aware of the possibility for websites and hosted applications to go offline during this maintenance activity.
